STORE POLICIES
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times exclude weekends, holidays, and high-volume sale periods.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SafeLeve®️ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. SafeLeve®️ is not responsible for carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship internationally to the following countries:
• Canada
• France
• Dominican Republic
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note:
• Delays may occur due to customs and verification processes in your destination country.
• Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. SafeLeve®️ is not responsible for any customs fees incurred.
• International orders are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our herbal wellness products and strict hygiene and health safety standards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products, including but not limited to:
• Opened or unsealed products
• Products that have been shipped
• Sale items or gift cards
• Custom, personalized, or special-order products
• Products whose nature makes them unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us at info@safeleve.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Each case will be reviewed individually. SafeLeve®️ reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
