I am Lilia — a certified naturopath, nutrition consultant, and founder of SafeLeve®. I have always been intentional about my health. I ate well, I used herbal remedies, I paid attention to my body. Then I found out I had fibroids. My doctor’s answer? There’s nothing we can do. Just let them grow.

I refused to accept that. I went deep — into research, into lifestyle changes, into the herbal wisdom that so many women have been disconnected from. I healed myself. And in doing so, I realized I was not alone. Too many women — especially Black women — are suffering from fibroids, cysts, painful periods, hormonal imbalance, and fertility challenges, and being told it is normal. It is not.

SafeLeve® was created to solve a problem too many women are told to live with. We believe women deserve better than temporary fixes, medication without education, and a system that normalizes their pain.

Just as we are intentional about the food we eat because it affects our body — our internal health, especially the womb, deserves the same level of care.
